Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to StatYou custom 3D printed figurines and busts made from customer-provided scans. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

1) Product nature and finish

• StatYou prints are unpainted by default.
• Layer lines, minor marks from supports, and sanding artefacts are normal with 3D printing.
• We clean and tidy prints as best as possible, but the finish will not match mass-produced resin figures.

2) Scan quality

• Final results depend heavily on the quality of the scan provided.
• If your scan is missing areas or has poor detail, we may request a re-scan before printing.

3) Approvals and changes

• We may share preview screenshots/renders before printing for confirmation. This is only to the customer
• Small fixes are included, but major changes or reworks may require extra time or cost.

4) Timeframes

• Turnaround time varies by queue size, model complexity, and print duration.
• If you have a deadline (gift/event), tell us before payment so we can confirm feasibility.

5) Shipping

• Shipping options, costs, and tracking (where applicable) are confirmed during the order process.
• Ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6) Returns and refunds

• Because items are custom-made, returns are not accepted due to preference or expected print artefacts (layer lines etc.).
• If there is a genuine defect or damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

7) Customer content and usage

• You confirm you have the right to provide the scan and request a model to be produced.
• We may request permission before using photos/videos of your model for marketing. You will have the right to deny or accept this. We will not use any models on social media if you decline.
